My wife says that dining options need improvement for families.

Housekeeping was consistent and efficient, keeping the rooms tidy daily. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the lovely Spanish lady in the dining area and the attentive bar staff. The pool area was a great spot to relax, with plenty of lounge chairs available.
During my stay, noise from a group of children was quite disruptive at night, which affected the overall comfort of the experience.

The pool area is quite spacious, allowing plenty of room to lounge around without feeling overcrowded, which is a nice touch. Plus, the bar serves a decent variety of drinks, like Estrella, and the daily cocktails are worth a try after a long day of sunbathing.
The food quality leaves much to be desired. everything seemed mediocre and was sometimes served lukewarm, lacking variety in options. The walls are thin, so be prepared for noise disruptions from neighboring rooms when it's bedtime. My room had signs of wear and tear, with a dirty scent lingering, which could have been better maintained. the drink card system felt cumbersome, making it annoying to constantly swap out glasses for a new drink. Location-wise, while nearby beaches are accessible, getting to the actual heart of the area requires additional travel, adding to the hassle when you're trying to hit up attractions.

The room was clean and comfortable, which is a big plus. Daily housekeeping was on point, and I appreciated having air conditioning to beat the heat. The beds were decent, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. It was basic but functional—perfect for a solo traveler like me. The size was adequate, but nothing too fancy. Just what I needed while meeting friends nearby. A nice spot to lay my head after long days out.

Good clean rooms and varied meals
I really enjoyed my week-long stay, considering it was an all-inclusive deal for a family of four. The rooms were clean with air conditioning, which was a massive plus during the hot days, and the variety of food was impressive, with plenty of options at meal times. The bar staff were generally quite quick to serve drinks, which made hanging out by the pool more enjoyable too. I found the drink card system to be a bit cumbersome, as I had to remember to return my glass to get a new one.
